In November 1990 Queensryche planted the flag of smartly conceived and played all-American rock in the heart of the British Empire, London's venerable Hammersmith Odeon theater. This live performance of "Best I Can" is completely live, no overdubs.

Boston- Holly Ann- Boston 8-16-87

This time in 1987 the home team was holed up in the Worcester suburbs of Boston midway through a ten-night stand when they performed the entire "Third Stage"  album front to back, capping that impressive song cycle with this stunning live "Holly Ann".

Rory Gallagher- Tattoo’d Lady- New York City 11-78

Rory Gallagher and the Irishman's trio in New York City club The Bottom Line in November 1978 performing "Tattoo'd Lady", unfortunately still struggling to get a sizable fanbase in America after almost a decade of constant recording and touring, requiring them to play two complete shows in one night.

Midnight Oil- The Dead Heart- New York City 4-93

It was at a rare club show in New York City during the press roll out of "Earth and Sun and Moon" in April 1993 that Midnight Oil performed this terrific version of  native aboriginal anthem "The Dead Heart".

John Mellencamp- Rain on the Scarecrow- Dallas 10-1-91

Live Aid 35th Anniversary- Neil Young- Helpless- Philadelphia

Proving to the whole world that day to be anything other than "Helpless", Neil Young and a cast of a hundred thousand in Philadelphia's JFK Stadium joined a similar group in London's Wembley Stadium via satellite, and an estimated 1.4 billion viewing and listening worldwide, to raise money and awareness for starving residents of Ethiopia, Sudan, and sub-Saharan Africa on July 13, 1985 for Live Aid 35th anniversary.

Bruce Springsteen- Human Touch- L.A. rehearsal 6-5-92

At rehearsal that June 1992 in Los Angeles, Bruce Springsteen and his new band invited Mrs. S onstage to help out on "Human Touch".
