Here are Bryan Adams and his great band at the conclusion of my interview on the eve of his Waking Up the Neighbours   tour knocking out “House Arrest” at Little Mountain Sound studio in March 1992 with a very appreciative group of radio station guests. But he did not retain the right to remain silent.
