With the January release of Creedence Clearwater Revival's second album, "Bayou Country", the mind-boggling hat trick began in 1969 where "Bayou Country", "Green River", and "Willy & the Poor Boys" albums were all released by Creedence Clearwater Revival in a 12-month period. John Fogerty is my guest In the Studio.

Creedence Clearwater Revival began a superhuman creative run of recording three full-length albums in 1969, starting with CCR's second, "Bayou Country". It contained the swamp rock classic "Born on the Bayou", as well as one of the biggest songs of the last half of the 20th century, "Proud Mary". John Fogerty is my guest In the Studio the week of January 8.
