If it has been awhile since you saddled up and went along on the second musical journey from Cleveland’s James Gang called Rides Again, you no doubt immediately recall “Funk #49”. But you may be pleasantly surprised at the sophisticated songwriting and arrangements clearly evident on singer/guitarist Joe Walsh’s “Tend My Garden”, “There I Go Again”, and “Ashes, the Rain, and I”, plus the rockers “Woman” and “The Bomber”.
