Ten years ago this week a remarkable musical event transpired as singing superstar Sir Rod Stewart blew minds, kisses,  and a few monitor speakers with the ill-timed mic drop. Rod surprised everybody by packing his big thirteen-piece band onto the intimate stage of Los Angeles legendary Sunset Strip nightclub The Troubadour.
