This is the conclusion of the ZZ Top "Antenna" world premiere radio broadcast on January 15, 1994 with Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill, and Frank Beard live from Manhattan's Hit Factory to millions all over North America. In part two we learn that ZZ Top drummer Frank Beard had a fascinating side hustle as the owner of his own professional auto racing team, which came in second at Daytona in their first race!

Toadies New Years Eve 25th Anniversary- Dallas Bomb Factory 12-31-95

The hottest New Years Eve ticket in Texas twenty-five years ago was  The Toadies live at Dallas' Bomb Factory. The Ft. Worth band's "Rubberneck"  album had just been certified gold on its way to a million in sales, and even though the Bomb Factory held thousands, the concert sold out in advance, so my radio station Q102 broadcast the Toadies live.

This acoustic performance of "Rain on the Scarecrow" was absolutely live on my Q102 Dallas/ Ft Worth afternoon radio show in October 1991 with Mike Wanchic on guitar and Kenny Aronoff playing alongside John Mellencamp

Louisiana slide guitarist & singer Sonny Landreth brought his guitar & a little tweed amp about the size of a small suitcase into the Mexican restaurant where I was broadcasting my weekly Friday afternoon Q102 Dallas radio show back in 1995 . Sonny proceeded to play "Back to Bayou Teche" from his album South of I-10
