Jim Kerr,March 1991- My Dallas/Ft.Worth radio station Q-102 promoted and hosted countless popular film premieres in the ’80s and ’90s which gave thousands of listeners the opportunity to see major motion pictures first and for free. I remember 25 years ago attending the one for the Brat Pack movie The Breakfast Club by the late John Hughes , which I so thoroughly enjoyed that I remained in the darkened theater at the film’s conclusion in order to read the closing credits .
